|Recommended: YesNoise Construction — The location of Satori Flats really takes away from the potential quality of residential living due to the noise pollution coming from the surrounding construction of new housing and businesses, traffic from US Highway 36, and the screeching trains entering exiting the nearby train yard.
Construction of the apartment building is to fire safety codes, however it could use more insulation and sound barrier quality materials due to noise outside of the apartment units are still noticeably audible in hallways, sidewalks, and distance noise such as the trains, fire trucks, car horns loud engines, and traffic.
If suburb city life is for you, then these issues may be okay for your quality of living.

|Recommended: YesMostly Good besides Community Portal Tech — My only issue is the technology when it comes to Satori Flats specifically the community portal recent change.
The old one was very easy access, fun to give back to the residents in a way.
This new one even adds a convenience fee for adding and using your bank account which is supposed to be THE convenience for auto pay etc On top of that it does not let you put specific payments before allowing you to pay rent.
For example if my rent is 1500 it would not let me do 1499 which is silly
